SEMI-AUTOMATIC CARTON SEALING MACHINES

One of Ring Pack's specialties is the carton-sealing machine. We can supply carton-sealing machines suitable for sealing almost any type of carton. Our carton sealing machine range includes the RPA-05 semi-automatic carton sealer, which is side belt driven and suitable for narrow carton; The RPB-05 semi automatic carton sealer with top and bottom belts; and the RPC-05 semi-automatic carton sealer for sealing uniform sized cartons with automatic flap folding and to and bottom sealing.

FULLY AUTOMATIC FLAP FOLDING AND CARTON STAPLING MACHINE

Our fully automatic carton sealing machine range includes the RPE-05 carton sealer, side belt drive, with automatic width and height adjustment and the RPF-05 to and bottom belt driven carton sealer with automatic height and width adjustment.

The RPJ-03R flap folding and carton stapling machine features fully automatic flap folding and top and bottom carton stapling. It is ideal for stapling various sizes of carton in a mass production line.

CARTON ERECTOR AND BOTTOM SEALER

The RPK-09 carton erector and bottom sealer can erect and bottom-seal 600 to 720 cartons per hour. It has a compact and durable design that is very easy to operate. The bottom belt drive makes it most suitable for erecting and sealing light cartons.

HIGH SPEED CARTON ERECTOR

The RPK-03H high-speed carton erector is precision designed and engineered. This carton erector has been awarded several patents and has received approval from famous industries around the world. It is the highest speed carton forming and sealing machine in Taiwan. The fully cam-driven continuous system assures positive stable motion with maximum stability. In a breakthrough for tapping head design, this machine provides extremely secure sealing effect and outstanding tape smoothening performance without tape slipping problems.
