cph Deutschland GmbH. is a privately managed, medium-size chemical company which specializes in the development, production and sale of industrial labelling adhesives for the packaging industry.

PAPER LABELLING ADHESIVES

Our product range consists of glues for paper labelling on various surfaces, e.g. PVC, PE, PET, glass, (metal) sheet - for dry and wet labelling. We have glues specially designed for 'no-label-look' machine labelling on standard and slightly coated glass surfaces. We have developed a dextrin adhesive for packing applications in the cigarette industry, including filter tipping.

HOT MELT ADHESIVES FOR CARTON SEALING

We supply hot melt adhesives for carton sealing, and specialised cleaning products for removing contamination caused by hot melt adhesives. cph hot melt adhesives (Improvemelt® and Globomelt® brands) are manufactured in Portugal.

ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY LABELLING ADHESIVES

All casein, protein and starch labelling adhesives from cph are biodegradable and do not constitute an effluent problem. In addition, we also undertake to develop and manufacture only products which keep the environmental impact to the lowest possible level for our labelling adhesives, both in manufacture and when used by the customer.

cph has always led the way in environmental protection. This is clear from the fact that cph Deutschland as long ago as 1995 was the first company in Germany that had been generally approved in accordance with EMAS 1836/93 and DAU guidelines.
