Bonar Plastics, a division of Promens Hf, is a world leader in the field of rotational moulding in plastics. It provides solutions to customers' needs in many fields, especially products to store and transport materials.

CHEMICALS TRANSPORT CONTAINERS (NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE)

The following transport containers are UN-approved and available in several versions and sizes:

The All Plastic Payloader / Varitainer (North America and Europe) is the transformation of the traditional steel cage container into an all-plastic container with all the advantages plastic has to offer (non-corrosive, easy to clean, hygienic, with choice of colours to support company image or identify contents).

The NEW!! – iCon and ConTracer, the first intelligent all plastic container with wireless asset monitoring (RFID).

The iCon had to pass more than the obligatory UN-tests to demonstrate all its safety aspects. It has passed the US vibration test as well as a wide range of other tests representing the rigours of every day use. And could only pass it because of its innovative design; the sandwich construction of the outer container which at the same time is the integrated spill containment, the extra spill containment at the outlet area and also ergonomic improvements add to its total safety concept. Now also available as a full containment version which is emptied through a suction tube.

The ConTracer wireless tracking and tracing system allows the owner to monitor his container fleet and furnishes 24 hours-a-day information about the location of the container and its content level. ConTracer also keeps a history of both the container as well as the customer.

The MultiWay/ Payloader Mark III (North America and Europe) is a UN-approved, multi-trip all plastic transport container that can do the job of the so-called 'single-tripper' but with improved accessories and at lower costs during its five years of use.

POWDER AND BULK PRODUCTS TRANSPORT SILOS (NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE)

Available in North America and Europe transport silos are used to transport (internally and externally) highly viscous products, powders and bulk products, Bonar Plastics has developed a wide range of transport silos. These silos provide ease of transport, storage and handling. The following types are available:

• Transport silo with steel frame (Europe): The container consists of a plastics bottle and a galvanised steel frame. A wide range of outlets make sure that the silo can be used to customer specifications for sauces (such as mayonnaise and mustard), printing inks and other highly viscous materials, powders and bulk products
• Hoppers (Europe and North America): the all plastic hoppers are used for powder and bulk products both in the food and non-food industry; the hopper is available with vertical outlets (maximum 12in butterfly) and a horizontal 2in butterfly outlet

INSULATED CONTAINERS (NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE)

Available in North America and Europe, our insulated containers are designed to keep contents cold or warm for long periods of time.

A wide range of insulated boxes in several sizes with extraordinary insulating properties because of the polyurethane foam in between the double walls of the containers. Parts of the product range are also tubs specially designed for the fishing industry.

PLASTIC STORAGE TANKS (NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE)

We offer a range of all plastic storage tanks (made of polyethylene) in several sizes to store liquids both indoors and outdoors. Tanks can be supplied with flanges to facilitate connections as well as other accessories.
