The latest production technologies – such as 'C2C' – can either make ultra-light aluminium aerosols and bottles at very high speed, or provide full body shaping (thus providing creative and customised packaging).

ENVIRONMENTAL ALUMINIUM BOTTLES

Aluminium is fully recyclable and represents a high-value renewable material. Light, it reduces transport costs and fuel consumption in the entire supply chain. Our aluminium bottle production process strives to reduce material consumption by constant down gauging and improved efficiencies.

Boxal's shaped aerosols comply with the same technical and safety characteristics as classic containers.

TWO-PIECE TIN-PLATE AEROSOL CANS

Made of tinplate, and produced by drawing and wall ironing, Boxal two-piece tin-plate aerosol cans have a monobloc body without any weld or seam, and a perfectly smooth inner wall.

The inside of the container body can be varnished or left blank depending on the product being packaged. Each container can withstand a pressure rating up to 18bars.

AEROSOL CAN INSIDE PROTECTION

Various possibilities are available depending on the characteristics of the contents. Compatibility tests are carried out systematically for all new products.

AEROSOL DECORATION

Seven colours are available, with 360° offset printing over a base coat with full over-varnish protection. High-resolution graphics and special effects are available.

AEROSOL CONES

Several cone specifications are available, including inside blank, varnished or covered with a PET film, and outside blank, white or coloured. The cone is crimped on the body and the standard opening is 1in (25.4mm).

The Newcan technological revolution provides aesthetically pleasing designs and competitive solutions for international brands. Integrated high-capacity lines working at up to 400 containers per minute make two-piece steel containers that meet the market's most stringent standards.

Boxal continues to improved performance by using new materials and optimising the Newcan concept to produce a monobloc steel aerosol.
