Cosmopak specialises in the design, development and manufacture of products for the cosmetics industry. Our focus is the development of innovative cosmetic items. We are industry-recognised as a pioneer in flow through cosmetic brush pens, although our product range and services extend far beyond this achievement.

We are a manufacturer of new ideas in high-quality cosmetics and color cosmetics packaging. We are proudly celebrating our seventh anniversary of operating in the US. Our manufacturing facilities are located in the US, Europe and Asia.

We offer a full design service from concept and brand development to finished artwork. Our product range has expanded and now includes a wide range of pencils, compacts, lipstick, vials, tubes and airless pumps and jars in metal and plastic.

LED LIPGLOSS

Cosmopak's new LED lip gloss applicator is destined to be a must-have in cosmetic packaging. The ABS cap contains two battery powered LED lights with a battery life of 72 hours. Once the cap is unscrewed from the vial the lights automatically switch on and off again once the cap is replaced.

MIRRORED LIP GLOSS APPLICATOR

The first version is the square PCTA 8ml bottle with one mirrored side allowing for accident-free lip gloss application in the back of the darkest of taxis or nightclubs. The cap can be altered to attach to any shape of vial, and is available with a mascara brush, standard brush and doefoot applicator. This product conforms to EU regulation 60825-1.

ON / OFF TOTTLE

A new design, our large 35ml tottle brush features a patented shut-off valve activated by a sliding button. The tottle benefits from a wide mouth and a closed base for easy filing. Once filled, the brush applicator and cap snap on and lock in place. This item takes a wider 17mm brush or a flat spatula and is suitable for foundation, sunscreen, face masks and more.

ENVIRONMENTAL COSMETICS PACKAGING

Cosmopak is pleased to announce an exclusive UK post consumer recycled plastic material. In response to demand for more environmentally-friendly raw materials, Cosmopak and Closed Loop UK Ltd have entered into an exclusive supply agreement for the cosmetics industry.

Closed Loop UK Ltd is the only UK producer of 100% British post consumer PP and PETG. Our intention is to use this British PCR plastic in a new range of products for the industry. Cosmopak is also happy to supply raw flake to designated bottle and jar moulders on behalf of cosmetic clients.
