Manjushree Extrusions Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 certified public limited company, incorporated in 1987. Manjushree has been involved in plastic packaging for over two decades. Manjushree is a pioneer in the development of various plastic packaging technologies in India and is one of the largest producers of PET bottles and jars, closures, PET preforms, including multilayer (co-ex bottles), and has an annual turnover over USD13-million.

PLASTIC CONTAINER DESIGNING AND MOULD MANUFACTURING

We specialise in the development of designs for any kind of plastic container, with 3-D images as well as undertaking prototyping. Thereafter moulds also can be produced in-house.

PET JARS, PET BOTTLES AND PET CONTAINERS

We produce over 4 million PET jars, PET bottles and PET containers per month in sizes ranging from 30ml to 15l in different designs. New PET container designs can also be developed as per customer's requirements.

CO-EXTRUDED MULTILAYER BOTTLES

We provide the ultimate solution in packaging by offering co-extruded multilayer bottles with a barrier layer of EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) providing excellent barrier properties for oxygen and moisture. All kinds of food products, including ketchup, sauces, juices etc., can be packed in these co-extruded bottles with extended shelflife and barrier properties that are closer to glass and tin. Co-extruded bottles can be produced from 200ml to 1.5l in different shapes and designs

HOT-FILL PET PREFORMS WITH CRYSTALLIZED NECK

We also manufacture hot-fill PET performs with crystallized neck, in 250ml, 500ml and 1l for packaging of juices, tea etc., which can be hot filled up to 90°C.

CAPS AND CLOSURES

We also specialize in manufacture of all kinds of caps and closures. Any new designs required by the customer can be developed in short time.

ABOUT MANJUSHREE

Manjushree has two manufacturing plants in southern state of Karnataka, India with capabilities to manufacture all kinds of ISBM, EBM and injection moulding articles; together with the capability to design and develop containers, including mould manufacturing. Employing over 300 workers and 100 engineers / administrative staff, Manjushree has also got the best Japanese and European equipments to manufacture such products.
