DECORATION AND MEMBRANE SEALING / CAPPING MACHINE

RDA X is Polytype's universal decoration system for tubes, sleeves and vials with integrated final processing for tubes.

This compact all-round decorating system is capable of operating at speeds of up to 130 tubes/min, and combines a wide range of capabilities, delivered at a premium price-performance ratio. Alongside the process steps required to achieve a high-quality print and lacquer finish, you can also apply membrane seals and caps reliably within the same machine.

HIGH-SPEED PRINTING AND LACQUERING SYSTEMS

RDA 16-200 / 235, the high-speed decoration system for tubes, sleeves and vials, deliver high-speed, stable and problem-free production for cylindrical bodies at an output speed of up to 235 units/min.

As well as the process steps required to deliver high-quality printing, your product is also lacquered in the same operation. If lacquer is applied, the product is transferred to a separate drier unit providing a time lag on the transport chain to allow ‘flow-out’ of the varnish.

RDA 300 / RLA 200 printing machines are specialised in printing and lacquering tubes or sleeves. The ultra-high-speed RDA 300 plastic tube decoration unit enables you to print tubes at an output speed of up to 300 units/min. The RLA 200 lacquering machine also enables you to lacquer tubes or sleeves.

TUBE FINISHING MACHINES

RHM 100/200/300 is a series of highly specialised tube finishing machines. The range of totally reliable final processes includes:

• Snipping
• Membrane sealing
• Screw-on capping
• Tightening
• Positioned press-on capping
• Labelling and special operations.

These operational processes can be delivered reliably at output speeds of up to 200 pieces/min (without labelling up to 300 pieces/min).

CUP PRINTING WITH LOW PRINT UNIT PROFILE

This modular eight-colour cup printing system, our Type BDM-691/692, offers a diverse range of benefits and application options. Both systems are designed with an exceptionally low print unit profile providing exceptional standards of access for the operators. Fast cup printing changeover is now a reality!

BDM 512 is a four- to six-colour, high-quality, entry-level model for round, tapered cups.

BDM 301, the six- to eight-colour cup printing system for rectangular containers, delivers high-quality, ‘wrap around’ printing on rectangular containers. Also available with integrated base printing units with up to four colours.

HIGH PERFORMANCE LID PRINTING SYSTEM

DDM 160 is a high-performance lid printing system with automation for one-man operation. Features include high speed, single lane printing of round or rectangular lids, with very low downtime to help maintain lid printing operations.
