Aztech Secures Order from Prestigious European Ready Meal Manufacturer

Aztech Engineering Solutions have recently secured an order for two FLEXICHECK Inline Leak Testing Machines. The order follows detailed discussions and demonstrations with a well known European food manufacturer, who until now, were unable to source a 100% non destructive test for their packs, despite lengthy searches.
The two FLEXICHECK Inline machines will test every pack coming from the production lines, and each will be capable of testing 150 packs per minute. Any leaking packs will be rejected for repacking, and sound packs will be returned to the production lines.
Our test method has the following benefits:
- Non-Destructive – Leaking packs are rejected automatically for re-packing, and sound packs are returned to the production area, without the need for re-packing, as the contents have not been contaminated in any way. This greatly reduces costs in terms of eliminating re-work and wastage.
- Our test method can detect micro leaks quickly, irrespective of gas and internal pressure
- We can test a full range of packaging types from vacuum sealed packs; liquid filled packs and modified atmosphere packs
- No consumables needed
- Non-subjective testing therefore removing human error
- Provides management information for continual improvement
