OXYGEN PERMEATION ANALYZER

The Model Y 200D oxygen permeation analyzer measures the Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) of flexible barrier materials, as well as all types of packages. The oxygen permeation analyzer offers a full measuring range of OTR, controlled temperature, and controlled relative humidity, and eliminates the need to buy multiple units.

Operated with Windows-based software, the Y200D oxygen permeation analyzer is simple to operate: simply load the film into the package, select the target temperature and press start. This product is reliable and efficient.

This oxygen permeation analyzer has two test chambers and represents the ultimate in performance and simplicity of operation. PACKAGING OXYGEN TESTING

Calibration can utilize both standard gas and NIST traceable films for versatility of film to film comparison and reliability of analysis data. WATER VAPOUR PERMEATION ANALYZER

The GBPI W300 water vapour permeation analyzer measures trace water vapour transmission rates in packaging barrier films. The W300 is also modular and will accept expansion modules for the simultaneous analysis of multiple samples.

The W300 water vapour permeability analyzer ensures the high precision of the testing results with its accurate electromagnetic balance type weighing cell and the circuit handling. It controls the temperature precisely and can simulate the humility, as well as use the principle of the weight method. This makes the W300 water vapour permeation analyzer the optimal choice for testing and researching the packaging materials.

On the basis of the control software from standard Windows, the operation of the W300 is convenient and efficient.

GAS PERMEATION ANALYZER

The N500 gas permeation analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the GB1038 ASTMD1434 ISO2556 ISO 15105-1 JISK7126-A YBB 00082003 specifications. It adopts the principle of the differential pressure method to measure the permeability of the packaging film’s oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas.

The adopted computer control of this gas permeation analyzer has the capacity to complete the whole test process automatically. The software design adopts the international advanced processing method of data statistics, with accurate temperature control and moisture analog.
