DEEP-HOLE BORING MACHINES

Dongjin manufactures deep-hole boring machines, which are in demand within the heavy industry segment. The company has developed two types of deep-hole boring machines – roll deep-hole boring machines and cable band deep-hole boring machines. These two deep-hole boring machines have been crucial for the development of Dongjin's business for the heavy industry segment.

DISPOSABLE FOOD PACKAGES / PLASTIC EXTRUDERS

With its vast experience and expertise in manufacturing plastic extruders, Dongjin has developed a mould facility for making disposable food packages made of pulp. After two years of developing environment-friendly solutions for pulp packaging, the company has come out with a new method of manufacturing disposable food packages. With our innovative packaging mould for food packages, the company has provided an alternative to environmentally-unfriendly conventional disposable plastic bowls.

The demand for environmentally-friendly disposable food packages is increasing. Aiming to satisfy customers, Dongjin continuously incorporates new ideas when upgrading food packaging product ranges in response to user feedback.

Dong Jin Machinery was set up in March 1973 to manufacture plastic extruders and injection moulding machines. Our plastic extruders are widely used for making plastic pipes. Using plastic extruders, the extrusion process can be effectively performed. Dongjin's plastic extruders ensure strong finished products.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

Dongjin has successfully developed a large size hydraulic cylinder that incorporates proprietary technology. Dongjin has been awarded a quality certificate from the Korean Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) for the large hydraulic cylinder, which is wholly designed and manufactured by the company.

The criterion for the reliability certificate for the hydraulic cylinder was based on the Product Liability (PL). An hydraulic accumulator is an energy storage device. The hydraulic cylinder is a pressure storage reservoir. Non-compressible hydraulic fluid is held under pressure by an external source in the hydraulic cylinder.
