Geo Hon Enterprises Co. Ltd is a mechanical manufacturing company engaged in research, development, design, manufacturing and assembly, besides consulting services for the biotechnology and food processing industry. HOMOGENIZERS

We offer world-class homogenizers. Comprising three horizontal piston plug via crank shaft to be driven, our homogenizers offer good performance. All parts of homogenizer that come into contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel. The anti-wear parts of the homogenizer are made of special stainless steel with heat treatment.

In our homogenizer, the raw material can be sucked in and through six sets of non-return valves. In this process, the homogenizer uses 150BAR to 200BAR pressure, sending raw materials through one set to another set in different stages of the homogenizing valve.

CANNED FOOD MACHINERY

Geo Hon offers several types of canned food machinery. The wide range of automatic canned food machinery includes the corer and sizer (GHC-01), the semi-automatic corer and sizer (GHC-02) and the automatic pineapple slicer (GHC-03). The corer and sizer is suitable for the automatic cutting of head and button, peeling, coring and sizing of pineapples. The largest capacity is 150pcs/min for a high functional corer.

WHOLE PLANT FOR MINERAL WATER

We offer high quality whole plant for mineral water processing and bottling. The wide range of whole plant for mineral water includes bottle unscrambler (GHM-01), bottle rinser (GHB-01), auto labelling machine for shrinkable film label (micro computer type) (GHM-02), automatic bottle rinser / filler / capper (GHB-06), jet coder (gHM-03) and inspection lamp (GHB-07).

WHOLE PLANT FOR JUICE, MILK EQUIPMENT

Whole plant juice equipment includes rotary washer, washing tank and elevator and crushing machine. The crushing machine is primarily used for extracting juice from fruit such as pineapple, tomato and passion fruits.

BOTTLE FEED LINE CONVEYOR

Bottle feed line conveyor uses a guide plate to lead the bottles onto the conveyor, which lines up the bottles to prepare for packing.

AUTOMATIC BOTTLE RINSER-FILLER-CAPPERS

The automatic bottle rinser-filler-cappers machine features a unique design combining bottle washing, filling and capping machinery. The bottle rinser-filler-cappers machine reduces the main power consumption, saves space and controls the air pollution among the three machines. The automatic bottle rinser-filler-cappers machine is used for plastic bottles filled with mineral water and beverages and capped with plastic caps.

AUTOMATIC PLASTIC CAP CAPPING MACHINE

The automatic plastic cap capping machine can handle every stage of the capping process including cap sorting and final cap. The automatic capping machine performs both functions - placing the cap on the container and screwing it / sealing it on to the container.

AUTOMATIC HIGH VISCOSITY LIQUID FILLER

The automatic high viscosity liquid filler is classified under volumetric fillers and is used to fill high viscosity products such as oil from fat, soft cheese, toothpaste and other paste type products. The liquid filling machine offers highest accuracy and runs at a greater speed when compared with the conventional liquid filling machine.
