Mold & Hotrunner Technology's (MHT) core business focuses on PET molds, mold components, hotrunners, and specialized molds. Since its foundation in 1996 MHT has seen tremendous growth and emerged as one of the major preform mold suppliers. The key to this successful growth is our experience, product quality and short lead times. Today, MHT's high-output mold series is highly developed:

• Up to 192 cavities for machines with a 6,000 kN closing force
• Up to 96 cavities for machines with a 3,000 kN closing force
• Up to 48 cavities on machines with a 1,750 kN closing force

MHT has the right mold concept for a variety of PET injection molding systems from different machine manufacturers such as Krauss Maffei, Netstal, Husky, Arburg and Engel. Each mold is optimized according to the user's specific machine-related requirements. Our customers benefit from:

VERY SPECIAL: MOLDS FOR BLOOD TUBES AND CORKS

One of the latest MHT-products is a mold for PET-blood test tubes. The requirements for medical use are high: perfect smoothness, transparency, and dimensional exactness. Of course, blood test tubes from MHT molds fulfil them all. Other special MHT-molds produce kegs or corks for the wine industry.

STANDARD AND CUSTOM-MADE HOT RUNNERS

Besides PET molds, MHT provides a complete range of Hotrunner products, mainly for the packaging and automotive industry. In addition MHT is able to support non-standard applications with custom made Hotrunners.
