RITEBAG POUCH MAKING MACHINE - HIGH TECH, FAST SET-UP, HIGH PRODUCTIVITY

The Ritebag pouch-making machine can synchronize up to four different printed reels (e.g. three-side seal pouches from two independent printed reels, side gusset pouches from four printed reels, stand-up pouches with registered printed gusset inserted).

Stand-up pouches with bottom folded can be produced simultaneously in two independently controlled tracks (duplex), even with zipper.

The Ritebag is equipped with up to eight fully programmable, independent digital servo-drive feed systems. Motor acceleration / deceleration ramp can be modified simply from touch screen in order to be adapted to all different materials. All sealing bars are independently controlled by servo motors.

Individual set-up of bar opening time, closing time, opening distance and sealing pressure allows cycle time optimisation. All data related to each job can be stored in a recipe and re-called for fast job change.

State of the art technology with SERCOS field bus, network integration, wireless integration and Internet provide remote assistance. A pocket PC can be used for managing the machine far from the control panel.

The Ritebag is available in three working width 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm.

RITEROLL - AUTOMATIC, HIGH SPEED SERVO CONTROLLED CORELESS ROLL WINDER MACHINE

Riteroll is designed to manufacture coreless roll bags and vacuum rolls made with embossed, ribbed or plain vacuum films. The full electronic integrated control with touch screen interface is easy to operate and fail proof. The sealing station motion is controlled by independent digital servo drive, which provides high quality sealing at highest web linear speed. The servo-driven turret provides endless roll width combinations. Thanks to its modular construction, the Riteroll can be adapted to all Water-Line Ritebag or third party pouch making machines.
