AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE

The UPS500 automatic bagging machine is a versatile, fully automatic packing machine for 2kg to 25kg pre-made bags. It is ideal for packing food ingredients, dried pet-food, chemical and building products into plastic, paper and PP bags.

FORM-FILL-SEAL MACHINES

Small Bags, Pouches, Mulitpacks, 15g-2,000g: Simionato form-fill-seal machines are ideal for the high-speed packing of snack, frozen food, prepared and washed vegetables and salads. The form-fill-seal machines can pack in resealable bags, stabilo bags and all types of presentation packages.

Large Bags, Sacks and Bales 2kg–50kg (5L-80L): The CV3080 is ideal for packing food ingredients, aggregates, chemicals and compost. This robust high speed machine offers a cost effective method of automating your existing sack filling operation.

OKURA A1600 III SERIES ROBOT PALLETISER

OKURA A1600 III Series robot palletiser is a high-speed, automatic palletising and/or depalletising machine with a state-of-the-art user-friendly control system. The Okura robot palletiser now claims to be the most versatile palletiser in the world.

PALLET CONVEYORS

Webster Griffin’s range of modular pallet conveyors consists of heavy-duty construction powered roller conveyors. The modular pallet conveyors are available in stainless steel for food grade applications.

PALLET STRETCH WRAPPERS

The Unitech family of pallet wrappers encompasses every type of machine all of which are ideal for combination with new or existing palletising systems. All models have an innovative film end sealing system.

VALVE SACK FILLING

Webster Griffin’s versatile valve sack filling machines fill valve sacks with free-flowing or non free-flowing powders or pellets.

BULK BAG FILLING AND EMPTYING MACHINES

Bulk bag filling and emptying machines are suitable for handling free-flowing materials, such as powders, pellets, chips, lumps and flakes. The IBC-PF4 is one of Webster Griffin’s seven types of bulk bag fillers. It is designed for the automatic, high-speed filling of four-loop big bags. Low maintenance and with a high throughput, it uses a patented filling process to produce tightly packed, stable bags.
