EASY OPENING BY LASER

Fully integrated easy opening by laser can be used on laminates for stand up pouches, stickpacks and sachets and it is a unique marketing tool for a range of products, including juices, soap products, and pharmaceuticals. After printing and lamination, the laser opening is engraved in the material during the slitting process. Since the laser opening is integrated, no investment in extra machines is necessary for the end user.

LIQUID PACKAGING

LPF offers stand up pouches for fruit juices, soaps and detergents, pet food, powders and pharmaceutical products. With integrated easy opening this is a lightweight, cost effective and consumer friendly way to market new (refill) products.

MICROWAVE (SNACK) FOOD PACKAGING

This unique pattern metallized PET film, laminated to paper, can be used in the microwave oven to warm and crisp frozen (snack) food products in 1-2 mins. It can be used for bake-off products. Heat sealable susceptor film protects the product from over-heating. The material can be used on all standard flowpack machines and can be printed in up to ten colours for excellent product presentation.

PACKAGING FOR DEHYDRATED PRODUCTS

Multicolour gravure printed sachets in various laminates with transparent overfilm or high gloss lacquer provide perfect barriers and product presentation for dry soups and sauces, mixes, powders, and pharmaceutical products.

TRANSPARENT HIGH BARRIER LIDDING

Reel fed lidding film for plastic cups provides excellent transparency (good product presentation) and barrier properties. Retortable and peelable for consumer convenience, it is ideally suited to fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, sauces and baby food. It has a shelf life of more than one year.
