PRINTED PAPER AND FILM – FLEXO AND GRAVURE

Used in all markets, our flexo and gravure printed film and paper reels are suitable for overwrap or primary packaging and can be further laminated to produce a variety of multi-layered structures.

LAMINATES - TWO AND THREE PLY PET, PE AND OPP COMBINATIONS

We manufacture two and three ply laminates using various film and paper structures. Used in a wide range of markets, they are suitable for form-fill-seal and flow wrap applications as well as conversion into our pre-made pouches. The combination of layers acts as a barrier to light, oxygen, moisture and the contents themselves.

POUCHES - STAND UP OR FLAT, WITH RESEALABLE ZIPPERS AND TEAR NOTCHES

We supply flexo or gravure printed flat and stand up pouches (doy packs) for any market, with optional features such as handles, resealable zippers, tear notches, hanging holes or custom-cut pouring handles.

SHRINK SLEEVES - IN REELS, PRE-FORMED OR CUT

Our unit welds flexo and gravure printed PVdC, PET and OPS to form shrink sleeves. Shrink sleeves are ideal for beverages and personal care products and for multi-packing promotional items. The finished product can be in reels, pre-formed or cut into single formats and perforations can be applied.

BAGS – WICKETTED WINDEL AND DRAW TAPE

Our wicketted windel bags are often used for nappies and wet wipe multi-packs and draw tape bags common in the toilet tissue market. We also have the flexibility to develop alternative formats.

COATING APPLICATIONS – PVdC, ACRYLIC AND COLD SEAL

Acrylic coatings are a heat seal coating for film, allowing high-speed packaging on horizontal and vertical sealing machinery and overwrapping applications. Both acrylic and PVdC coatings give a high gloss result, improved moisture / gas / aroma barriers and allow all-over ink coverage. Cold seal applications are available for flexo and gravure printing, single ply or laminates.
